Our Values
Committed to delivering quality care- we believe everyone has the right to outstanding care at all times. We should always be polite and friendly and
put the people we support at the centre of everything that we do.
Work in collaboration- this is essential for us as a Homecare provider as we must work in partnership with all agencies such as district Nurses, Physio’s, GP’s and family/friends of each person supported.
Honesty and transparency- we must always be honest and be transparent. We should be honest with everyone at all times about what is going well and what may be not working as well. We should have a positive attitude and strive to resolve the challenges and problems.
Dignity, respect & Compassion- We must treat everyone with dignity and respect at all times. We must show compassion towards everyone, lots of people we will interact with in our role are going through a very challenging and stressful time, we should be supporting them through this time.
